Photo Post, July 2018

Hello everyone, and welcome back to my blog!
A post that I frequently make is my photo posts purely because they're really nice to look at, I gather photos that I have taken every month and create a post with little memories. This photo post is going to be slightly different because I will try to tell the story behind the photos - the memories. I hope you enjoy this post that is a little bit more personal than the others!

The majority of this year, I have been very focused on my GCSE's, I am aiming to continue my education further on and I know that I will need good grades in order to get where I want to. Therefore because most of this year I have spent revising, here's a photo of my science revision!

This is a photo of my 'Rocket Science' bath bomb from Lush, I really liked the colour combination so I took a few photos and this is the one that I liked the most.

This is a photo of my copy of 'Medicine' by The 1975, this photo was taken as part of my media coursework where I had to make a fully functioning website which I decided to make it into a music website.

This is a photo I took on my Instax mini 8, it has two of my favourite things- flowers and dogs.

These two photos were taken by me at my very first concert, where BLOXX ( pictured) played as one of the opening act of Pale waves (few photos down). When I found out that I was able to see Pale waves, I was really glad that I would be able to see BLOXX too, I found out about them through PW and they're definitely one of my favourite bands now. If you don't know who they are, definitely check them out, I recommend 'Curtains' and 'Your Boyfriend'.

This photo was taken out of the window of the car I was in while on my way to central London. I'm not too sure exactly where this is, bare in mind that I've only been to London a few times, but I really like the colour of the houses ( I believe they're houses).

This photo was taken from when I went to London, obviously, I really like how this photo has a lot of different shades of blue, I find it very calming to look at.

This is a photo that I took while on the London Eye, it was a beautiful experience and really calming.

This is the photo that I have as my background as soon as you enter my blog, I really like how the shades of blue look really calming and soft, in contrast with the people who just look like shadows.

This is what my current 'skincare routine' looks like, this is my current set up where I have placed all of my face related products on a clear box to create a platform. I really like this corner of my room because I like how my succulents and other plants have given the room that extra something that I was trying to achieve.

These photos are two of the 200+ photos that I took that night, when  I got home I realised that most of the photos I took were actually out of focus, so you couldn't see much but the memory of this concert, for me, is worth a lot more than a few photos. We were lucky enough to be right at the very front, so I definitely had the best view, however, I only really have photos of two out of the four members ( and you can kind of see Ciara's hair in the first photo) so I do apologise about that.

This is the tiara that I wore with my prom dress, I really liked this tiara and hope to wear it again.

This photo was taken in The Canteen in Portsmouth. I and my best friend went to Portsmouth a couple of Sundays ago, I had so much fun, but  I was too busy taking in the view and living the moment that I forgot to take photos.

This is a photo that I took on my camera, I and my friend walked by some houses while looking for Pie & Vinyl and I really liked the colour scheme ( which, unfortunately, you can't really see here). Please do excuse my chipped nail polish.

This is what I bought from Pie & Vinyl,  being there was such an indescribable feeling, I was surrounded by music that wasn't mainstream, I was able to find record copies of some of the bands that I listen to, the ones not many people really know about ( not referring to Belle & Sebastian).

The record from the photo above, 'Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like a Peasant', playing.

This is a photo of my friend's cat resting in a bush, I really this photo because I like the different colours and it reminds me of the mood I felt at the time.

Thank you for reading, I hope you have a wonderful day
